Anders Antonsen (🇩🇰) wins the title on his home soil to cut the gap with his fellow countryman. Koki Watanabe (🇯🇵) will lead the Japanese pack as Koo Takahashi and Riku Hatano will also reach their new career-high ranking next week.
Wang Zhi Yi (🇨🇳) wins the Denmark Open and it’ll help her to cut the gap with the current Top Two. An Se Young (🇰🇷) will return to her throne, while Putri Kusuma Wardani (🇮🇩) will reach new career-high ranking as No. 21 after an impressive semifinal run this week.
Liang WK/Wang Chang (🇨🇳) will extend the gap after their victory at Denmark Open. He JT/Ren XY (🇨🇳) might lose their R32 match, but it ain’t stopping them to climb one spot higher on the ranking. Two runner-up in two weeks will put Astrup/Rasmussen back to #2.
Liu Sheng Shu and Tan Ning (🇨🇳) might lose their final match, but it won’t stop them to claim the highest spot from their senior, Chen QC/Jia YF. Good week for Chinese fans as Li YJ/Luo XM will also move up by a place to #9, one-spot shy from World Top 8!
Feng YZ/Huang DP (🇨🇳) will stay at 2nd place after successfully defend their Denmark Open title. Their junior, Guo XW/Chen FH (🇨🇳) will get closer for a debut in the World Top 20. Jansen/Nguyen (🇩🇪) will mark their first Top 50 appearance next week.
